A request is any action performed through the API or the app - for example issuing or sending an invoice, adding a ledger entry, registering a purchase, or generating a report. Creating, issuing and sending an invoice through the API takes about 3 requests. Doing the same in the app takes more, because each page also loads its own data - for example the new invoice page loads document series, operation types, agreements and projects.
Nothing gets blocked. Additional requests are billed at your plan's per-request price at the end of the month.
Credits are prepaid. You buy them through Stripe, and every hour the usage so far that day is deducted: the plan fee divided by the number of days in the month, requests above the included volume, scanned pages at €0.005 each, storage beyond the included amount, and €1/month for each archived company. Credits never expire while your account is active.
There is no fee per file or per sync. Every 10 movements imported from a camt.053 statement, a Stripe export, a bank connection sync or a JSON import count as one request, so they come out of your plan's included requests first and are billed at the plan's per-request price above that. Invoices, credit notes and partners the import creates are not charged separately.
All listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe according to the country of your business and your VAT status; the amount therefore differs by country. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay without VAT under the reverse charge.
Yes. Invoicing, ledger, inventory, payroll, reports, Peppol, webhooks and the full API are available on every plan - plans differ by request volume, SLA and included storage.
An archived company keeps all its data but accepts no requests and costs €1/month. Reactivating it costs €50 and restores full access immediately.
