Up and running in minutes

Six steps take you from signing up to day-to-day accounting: invoices, bank and reports.

    RegisterEnter your email and click the sign-in link we send you. No password, no card details.

    Set up your companyEnter your company name and registration code. Nordlet creates the chart of accounts, tax rates and invoice numbering for you. If you are a VAT payer, add your PVM code and we verify it in the EU registry.

    Add your first customerEnter their name and company code. If they have a VAT number, we check it for you.
  4. 4
    Send your first invoiceChoose the customer, describe what you sold and enter the price. VAT is calculated automatically. When you press Issue, the invoice gets its number and the books are updated behind the scenes.

    Connect your bankUpload a bank statement. Nordlet suggests which payment belongs to which invoice, and marks them paid once you confirm.

    Keep an eye on the numbersBalance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and debt reports are always a click away. If you are a VAT payer, the monthly i.SAF register is generated for you in the format VMI accepts.
