How do automatic reminders work?

Turn on "Automatic debt reminder" on the partner card. Every morning the system checks issued invoices that are past their due date and unpaid, and e-mails the partner a list of them with the amounts due.

How often is a partner reminded?

At most once every seven days.

How is late-payment interest calculated?

From the late-payment interest percentage on the partner card, per year, pro rata for the number of days the invoice is late.

Where can I see sent reminders?

On the partner card, in the reminders section, and through the API list of debt reminders.
