What is the legal country class?
Lithuania, EU or non-EU. It is derived from the address country when you do not set it and is used for reporting.
Where do I enter the correspondence address?
On the partner card, below the legal address. It is separate from the legal address.
How do I add a bank account to a partner?
On the partner card there is a bank accounts section. Add the IBAN, bank name and BIC; one account can be marked as default.
Can I attach files to a partner?
Yes. The files section on the partner card lists every file attached to that partner and lets you upload more.
What are the call dates for?
First, last and next call dates and the rating are CRM fields for your sales follow-up. The next call date can be used as a list filter.
