Do numbers restart every year?
No. Each series keeps one running counter. When a new year starts, numbering continues from the last number, so SF-120 is followed by SF-121 in January.
How do I create a series with a fixed number length?
Go to Settings, Document series, and create a series with a prefix (for example AUT) and a number length (for example 5). Numbers are then printed as AUT-00001.
What is the series label?
A free text printed under the document title, for example AUTORIZUOTA SUMA or DEPOZITAS. The label from the series is copied to every document that uses it and can be changed per document.
Can a series be tied to a warehouse?
Yes. When a series has a warehouse, issuing an invoice with that series consumes stock from that warehouse unless another warehouse is chosen.
