How do I send documents by e-mail?
Open Settings, Recognition. Copy the company intake address and forward supplier invoices to it. Attachments (PDF, images, Word) are filed into the company and appear on the capture page.
Is the document read automatically?
When "Read documents automatically" is on and an OCR provider is configured, every received attachment is read at once. Otherwise it waits on the capture page until you press Read.
Can I turn intake off?
Yes, with the switch on the same page. You can also generate a new intake address; the old one stops working immediately.
