How does the pay-now button work?

Set a payment link template under Account, Payments. The invoice e-mail then contains a Pay now button and the PDF a pay-now line. The link opens your payment page with the invoice number and the amount still unpaid filled in: the invoice total less payments, applied advances and credit notes. A fully paid invoice has no pay-now link.

Which placeholders can I use?

{{number}}, {{amount}}, {{currency}}, {{token}}, {{invoiceId}} and {{partnerName}}. {{amount}} is the unpaid balance, not the invoice total.
